    O concierge era muito lento para dar entrada no hotel. O ar condicionado fazia muito barulho.

    Piscina suja no final de semana. Esteira da academia desregulada. No restaurante não é avisado que ha tapioca no café da manhã.

    Acomodação confortável. Equipe do Hotel é muito simpática. O restaurante serve muito bem e o atendimento é excepcional. Como não tinham bons vinhos me serviam o meu, que comprei no Shopping Manauara (muito próximo).

    Um dos taxistas que faz ponto no hotel é muito inconveniente. No percurso até o centro, ficou falando mal de sua esposa. Passamos a evitá-lo.
